Services Provided Under the Pure Reflections Terms of Service
Pure Reflections provides professional exterior cleaning services, including window cleaning, pressure washing, house washing, roof washing, gutter cleaning, gutter brightening, concrete sealing, and seasonal Christmas light installation. However, all services depend on availability and specific property conditions. In addition, we evaluate each project to ensure we can complete the work safely and properly. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if we determine that conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, or unsuitable for proper completion.
Estimates & Pricing Under the Pure Reflections Terms of Service
We provide free estimates based on the information available at the time of inspection. However, final pricing may change if we identify additional issues, surface conditions, excessive buildup, or unforeseen circumstances upon arrival. In that case, we clearly explain any adjustments before moving forward. Written estimates remain valid for 30 days unless we state otherwise. Payment Terms & Conditions

In addition, gutter cleaning does not include structural repairs to gutter systems unless we agree to those repairs separately in writing. Customers must ensure clear and safe access to all work areas before service begins. For example, this includes removing vehicles, outdoor furniture, and decorations, as well as securing pets. Customer Satisfaction Policy
